Shipping & Returns

Making A Purchase

Shopping at Caimore Direct is easy. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy, select quantity and options you require, and click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. After you have finished your selections, click on ‘Checkout’ (top of very page at the right-hand end of the navigation bar) and you will be taken to a page where you will be able to confirm your order.

For your safety and security payment will be processed by the PayPal online payment service which is integrated into the checkout section of our website. The entire financial transaction is processed by PayPal’s own secure servers- we will never see your credit card details. All customers will benefit from the PayPal buyer protection scheme and safeguards.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping to all UK addresses is charged at a flat fee of £1.00. This will be applied to orders for any quantity and any combination of tackle paid for with one payment.

For orders to addresses in Europe the cost of shipping will be calculated weight and value.

Delivery Schedule

The most appropriate method of shipping will be determined by Caimore Direct. This will usually be Royal Mail Second Class, or other Royal Mail service according to size and value of order. Royal Mail Second Class is a 2 -3 day service, and we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours following receipt of payment. Your order will therefore normally be delivered within 4 working days following payment. Orders to Europe will be sent by Airmail and will usually be delivered within 5-7 days.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box address. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

Returns Policy

Items purchased which are unsuitable or not wanted for any reason may be returned for refund within 14 days following the date of payment. Goods for return must be sent back to our address printed on the packing slip included with your order. All goods must be received back in saleable condition, ie unused, undamaged, and in all original packing. Responsibility for safe return rests with the buyer, and for this reason we recommend using suitable and appropriate packing, and shipping by a premium service such as Royal Mail Signed For, or, Special Delivery depending upon value. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Always be sure to identify all returned items with your name and address or order number.

Where items are delivered damaged or found to be faulty after opening, please contact us within 14 days following the date of payment. Retain all packing and any broken parts – this may be required by the Royal Mail in the event of a disputed claim. We will work to resolve any claim as soon as possible, and send replacement or issue a full refund including the flat fee shipping charge and any postage cost you may have incurred when making the return.

Back Orders & Out Of Stock Items

Any out of stock items will not normally be available for purchase from the website. In the unlikely event that payment for an out of stock item is processed, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours. We consider it to be inappropriate to hold customers payments when international delivery and suppliers lead times can sometimes take several weeks.
